Enchanted Entertainment Policy and Agreement
The CLIENT (contracting consumer referred to here as CLIENT) agrees to pay the full amount contracted once the PROVIDER (Enchanted Entertainment and/or affiliate referred to heretofore as PROVIDER) has arrived at the event location. All events are “rain or shine” unless otherwise stipulated. The CLIENT is responsible to provide an alternate indoor location in the event of poor weather or if the event is outdoors with a temperature higher than 90° F (excluding swimming mermaids). If the CLIENT is unable to provide an alternate indoor location, the PROVIDER has the right to refuse to perform services or cancel performance and CLIENT will be responsible to compensate PROVIDER for the full amount contracted.

CLIENT is responsible for providing a table and chair for the PROVIDER to use for activities during the event with adequate lighting if at night, and adequate shade if outdoors. (See #1) For swimming mermaid packages, CLIENT is responsible for providing shade to both the PROVIDER and their handler.
Cancellation of the engagement by the CLIENT for any reason shall forfeit the deposit. A CLIENT cancelling their engagement by telephone must also verify that cancellation in writing (via dated mail or email).
If the PROVIDER or the CLIENT must cancel the engagement due to an Act of God, “Force Majeure”, riot, strike, or the PROVIDER becomes ill, involved in an accident, or something happens beyond their control, this contract shall become null and void, and both parties shall have no further legal recourse against each other. In this case the deposit will be refunded.
If at any time PROVIDER feels that they are in a threatening, hostile, unsafe, harmful, hazardous, or unsanitary environment, including an environment in which there is smoking or illicit drug use, PROVIDER retains the right to leave with full compensation from the CLIENT.
Balance is due in cash or check upon arrival, unless other arrangements have been made.
PROVIDER is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the face paint or balloons. PROVIDER is not responsible for the safety and supervision of the children at the event. If reserving a swimming mermaid, it is the CLIENTS responsibility to supervise the children in the pool. The PROVIDER and their handler are not lifeguards, at least one adult from the CLIENT'S party must be present at all times while the PROVIDER and/or their handler are with children in the water. PROVIDER is not responsible for damages, injuries, or accidents caused before, during, or after the time that the entertainer is attending the event.
If CLIENT keeps the entertainer over more than 5 minutes of scheduled time, client agrees to pay additional fees.
Deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise indicated. (See #3)
Payment of deposit indicates agreement to the terms of this contract by the CLIENT.
